Featuring a 210T polyester lining, quick clip front closure with touch tape for maximum adjustability, Cozi-Cuff for maximum comfort with memory foam wither relief pad which contours to the horse's shape and lifts the rug off the withers to reduce rubbing and provide added comfort.
